Name: Sally Golan
Age: 29
City: Miami Beach and New York City

So, Sally, what’s your story?
Well, I like to think I am a bonafide weirdo on a mission: Make the world a better place, one social event at a time. I love theatrics, creativity, and I love entrepreneurship. Mash these things together and I’m one happy camper. Right now I’m producing cool marketing events for businesses and gorilla marketing campaigns. I’ve put on some big girl pants lately.

What projects are you currently working on?
I am currently working on a year-long string of events at a five star resort in mexico for KARISMA HOTEL PROPERTIES where we produce creative events for their hotel guests and exclusive weekend vacation packages. we are looking to do this in Jamaica, Croatia and Columbia as well.

In your opinion, what are the major differences between Miami and New York?
In Miami, people are too relaxed. In New York, people are too stressed. POLAR OPPOSITE cities. Got to find balance! Miami is all about the music. New York is all about who you are going to network with.

Seeing my clients face on the night of the event go from hyper stressed to totally impressed and elated. The fact that every event is something different. It’s never boring.

Describe you ideal event?
A day to night pool party with everyone in the pool. NO pretentiousness, amazing music, a sunset…. or am I just describing my ideal life?

What is your drink of choice?
Old Fashioned:)

Where do you see yourself in five years?
Perhaps living in Europe doing what I do for a european clientele. I love the idea of living in another country and leaning another language. I see Social Exposure becoming a creative marketing agency.

Who is your hero?
Guy La Liberte – founder of Cirque De Soliel. WHY? Because he’s a wild child but he’s still the best business man on earth.
