Atelier Olschinsky, a design duo from Vienna consisting of Peter Olschinsky and Verena Weiss operate as design ninjas for pay, but unlike many “working” artists, their personal creativity hasn’t suffered as a result of running a creative shop.

Below is a random sampling of their newest works, illustration, photographs, and other. The muted tones and depth of composition and perspective are striking, as well as the deconstructive nature of the work. The multi-disciplinary approach allows Atelier to mix mediums and find compositions which range from stark minimalism to a fully dissected city as if on display in a middle school anatomy course. Needless to say, I’m a big fan.
