It’s almost summer. Of course that means it’s almost time for me to pull out that dog-eared copy of Jaws I read every year and marvel at how I want to be just like Quint. Different story, of course, but ’tis the season. For this story: Marcel Schindler has re-created a diggerent sea epic “The Old Man and The Sea” — story of a fisherman’s last, most epic haul. One that pushes him to the brink of sanity and mortality to prove “he’s still got it.” Very Hemmingway — in stop-motion, with paper and a sharpy. The result is epically rad.

Has nothing to do with the video, but I found a ton of amazing photos and print designs on Schindler’s website. Enjoy!
